The close relationship TERRACORE maintains with some of its suppliers ensures the complete traceability of their cocoa beans. TERRACORE will help these plantations or coops to obtain certification labels if relevant and to commercialize their product. Specialty cocoa means to us a special organoleptic, fully traceable processes, procedures, and eventual certification standards. We have therefore created a specific classification for it called: TERRACORE Signature.
